Are there more locations outside of Eugene?

Not currently - though we hope so expand in the future.

Is there tax on your products?

Since we are located in Oregon, we do not tax our products - even if you are shipping outside of the state.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the U.S. 

How long does shipping take?

In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient method of shipping, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of clothes and accessories within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Jewelry and sale items are final sale.

How long do I have to return?

You have two weeks to return for store credit. Make sure tags are attached, the items are unworn / unused / free of odors and stains, and you have the receipt.
We inspect all merchandise prior to shipment.  If we happen to miss something, and you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving. 

How do I return?

If you are local, you can bring it back to the store in the same condition you bought it. 
If your order was shipped to you, you can ship the items to:

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
